The User Experience (UX) Lead is responsible for leading the creation, oversight, and support of multiple design workstreams for our most challenging and rewarding clients. This means collaborating with clients, internal partners, and their fellow designers to identify needs, plan research and design cycles, craft intuitive UX/UI solutions, and guide quality implementation.
