This role is responsible for all aspects of IT leadership and management for assigned customer base. The Client Technology Officer is responsible for the development of the customer technology roadmap and facilitating the management of all aspects of the customer relationship and interfaces between the customer and Synoptek. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Development of architectural design and support model, financial performance, operational performance and overall customer satisfaction. You’ll proactively oversee the management of client systems and network infrastructure, while providing leadership and best practices to other team members. You’ll find yourself leading and delivering on interesting and complex projects, with many diverse and exciting clients
This role will require a person with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships in a liaison capacity with IT personnel (both internal and external) at all levels. We encourage you to learn and to use principles from ITIL and PMP, while working with your team to build and create best practices from your own personal experience and those of your peers.
