    Responsibilities

    A Day in the Life

    As our Technical Recruiter your primary responsibility will be to help initiate, fulfill and close the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates for employment opportunities and following through on each requisition until filled for positions in our Ahmedabad and Pune, India offices.  We are a highly ranked IT Managed Services Provider, thus most of the roles recruited will be technical in nature (Service Desk Agent, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Web Developer, NOC Analyst, Etc.). We need someone willing to roll with the punches, take a lot of ownership over their personal success and come in ready to rock Synoptek’s recruiting world

     

     

    Qualifications

    The Basics

    • Total Years of Technical Experience: 6
    • Position Specific Experience: 4
    • Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 1
    • Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 2+

     

    Technical Aptitude

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting talent in a multi-site organization
    • Partner with corporate leaders and hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
    • Analyze job requirements and assess company needs to create job descriptions and requisition forms
    • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood so that candidates are assessed against core criteria
    • Effectively engage and attract talent through postings on multiple mediums: job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, corporate website, internal emails, etc.
    • Resume collection and review
    • Conduct initial phone screens
    • Experience working with IT and/or technical roles
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidentially, and ethically at all times
    • A great attitude with a talent for building trusting relationships with both co-workers and applicant pool
    • Interpersonal skills that allow for effectiveness and professionalism interacting with employees of varying personalities at all levels throughout the organization
    • Motivation to assist in building and communicating a positive corporate culture
    • Go-getter attitude with hunger, drive and motivation
    • High energy approach to recruiting and conducting business
    • Must be comfortable being on the phone cold-calling candidates and selling Synoptek’s vision
    • Must work extremely well independently

    Education & Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree form a 4 year college or university is required
    • AIRS Certification, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or PHR  is preferred
