    • 3-5 years of experience in communications and technical writing, with at least 2 years in technical content
    • Background or work history involving IT support at some level, with the ability to understand network diagrams and the IT as a manged Service industry
    • Ability to translate business process and technical systems operations into content and documentation
    • Excellent writing, communication, planning, problem solving, orgainzation and interpersonal skills
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Ooutlook, and Sharepoint
    • Thorough understanding of the business usage of wiki technologies (2+ years)
    • Adminsitrative knowledge of and experience with Wiki engines, preferably Confluence, or MediaWiki
    • Ability to draw very basic network diagrams
    • Experience documenting technical customer materials


    • Ability to design, implement, and maintain wiki namespaces and pages
    • Ability to migrate legacy documents from SharePoint to a wiki
    • Ability to architect scalable wiki namespaces and page linking layouts
    • Ability to create wiki templates
    • Ability to fully utilize tagging and lableing wiki functionalities
    • Excellent writing and communication skills
    • 4-year degree preferred
