    A Day in the Life

    We are currently seeking a Field Support Engineer I to provide onsite support to some of our key clients. We are looking for someone with an IT consulting background or history of field support experience. This role requires high energy, a strong in-person presence and the ability to provide daily support to executive level personnel working within the non-profit, financial, marketing and technology industries. This position will require a valid driver’s license for the field support engineer to commute between clients


    The Basics

    • Position Specific Experience: 3+
    • Mentorship/Leads by Example Experience: 1+
    • Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 3+


    Techie Aptitude

    • Ability to provide advanced end user support in an enterprise environment  
    • Ability to support Windows & Mac Operating Systems 
    • Advanced troubleshooting support of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Intermediate understanding of Active Directory (WINS, DNS, GPO)
    • Intermediate support of MS terminal services, Citrix, VMware
    • Advanced ability to troubleshoot remote access issues
    • Basic knowledge of Firewall/Router/Switch/WAP (Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting)

    Education, Certifications & More 

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Candidate must have one of the following or be willing to obtail within 6 months of employment: MCITP, MCDST, MOUS, ITIL, VCA, CCA
    • Physically able to lift and carry object up from 0 to 50 pounds
    • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
