    A Day in the Life

    As a Sr. Regional Sales Manager you will be well-versed in the art of complex selling by utilizing proven solution/consultative selling methodologies and skill sets. You must be extremely proficient in prospecting, networking and relationship building throughout client organizations to include all C-level executives. You must be an assertive over-achiever with strong communications skills, consistent track record of increased sales, provide proof of a quota over-attainment, and an industry reputation for competence, professionalism and integrity

    • Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 15+


    Technical Sales Aptitude

    • Closing new logo average contract values of$1M - $5M/5k MRR and holding a monthly quota of 11-20K net new MRR
    • Technical Skill Set Selling: Outsourced IT Managed services, Hosting, Remote network monitoring, WAN/ LAN topologies, Network Device Design and Functionality, Managed Security (firewall/ IDS), Thin Client Solutions (Citrix), Network Security, IT Consulting, Data Networking, Internet, Software Development, Outsourced Application Management and Hosting
    • Familiar with and has the ability to articulate the advantages of Managed Services, Business Continuity, Application Hosting, Remote Management and Monitoring, Software Development, IT Outsourcing
    • Sold managed IT services (80%) and consulting (20%) with and strong levels of business acumen and organizational modeling
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas within an organization that sells managed IT solutions to mid to large enterprises, Min targets of $7K in monthly reoccurring revenue from new logo customers (not upsell, or account management)
    • Strong current network base
    • Demonstrated success penetrating and leveraging C-level contacts
    • Strong commitment to quality and service
    • Knowledge and understanding of specific vertical markets
    • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
