This role will deal with all aspects related to the maintenance, repair and support of network and security products. The Support Operations Lead will act in as a lead supporting west cost network operations to ensure quality services are provided to both internal and external clients. This will require that you serve as a mentor and leader for others in the organization and work to continually improve processes and practices at all time. Duties include queue management, resource allocation, on-call scheduling, recurring customer-facing meetings, escalation management, direct HR responsibilities, standard change review and approval, and major incident management.
