A Day in the Life 

The HR Coordinator plays a critical role within the HR team and will be responsible for supporting both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of ways. As an HR Coordinator your day might include scheduling internal/external meetings, coordinating travel and training events & accomodations, compiling and maintaining reports, assisting with HR corporate initiatives, ensuring data integrity and input into our HR systems, conducting file audits and partnering to drive employee engagement initiatives throughout the organization. The HR team is focused on streamlining business processes and administrative functions so that we can focus on our most important business assets: Our People!

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
  • Escalates employee issues as needed to more senior levels of the Human Resource department
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Approaches employee interactions with an unwavering focus on customer experience & employee engagement
  • Experience working within an HRIS, CRM or payroll system helpful
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to display professionalism while interacting with a variety of personalities, demonstrating diplomacy and tact at all times
  • Ability to work at an independent level, resolve issues proactively, determine appropriate solutions and escalate as necessary
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of all employee and proprietary company information
  • Assists with thoughtful travel and event facilitiation and coordination
  • Updates and refreshes policies and loads to SharePoint
  • Maintains a highly visible profile to employees and an open, sincere disposition for employee concerns and suggestions.
  • Flexibility in terms of daily tasks performed
  • Tech savvy – comfortable working with and around technology (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc.)
