Responsibilities

A Day in the Life 

We are currently seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide onsite support to some of our key clients. An IT Consulting background or history of Field Support experience is greatly preferred as this role requires high energy, a strong in-person presence and the ability to provide daily support to executive level personnel working within the non-profit, financial, marketing and technology industries. This position will require a valid driver’s license in order for the field support engineer to commute between clients.

  • Intermediate Exchange Platform Administration

  • Solid understanding of SAN technologies
  • Basic ability to troubleshoot in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory technologies (DNS, FSMO, DHCP)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Firewall/Router/Switch/WAP (Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting)
